The website "Croatia for Ukraine" was created with the aim of bringing new information for displaced persons from Ukraine on a daily basis. The site is available in Ukrainian language to facilitate displaced persons with information about the first reception, border control procedure, registration, entry with animals, etc. Those interested in regulating the status of a displaced person can also find out how and where to apply for temporary protection, where to get an ID card and what rights they have from that status. The website also provides details on social and legal assistance, such as entitlement to benefits, health care, employment and education.

The website is also available in Croatian and contains numerous information - from the number of displaced persons coming to Croatia to information on capacities and how people can be helped.

A telephone line has also been set up – telephone number 114. This way, displaced persons from Ukraine can obtain information on accommodation, food, health care, children's education, employment status and other rights.

The Ministry of the Interior notes that as of Thursday, 17 March 2022, the online submission of the Request for approval of temporary protection, which will be available in Croatian, English and Ukrainian, is in function.

Through online application, displaced persons from Ukraine will be able to submit applications more easily.
