EMN inform on exploring legal pathways to fulfil labour needs

The European migration network published an overview od Member States' experiences with new legal pathways in the areas of Talent Partnership and complementary work-related pathways for those in need of international protection. The development of legal pathways in Europe is one of the main pillars of the New Pact on Migration and Asylum.
This inform explores sectors and nationalities in existing and planned partnerships with third countries. In addition, it shows complementary pathways related to the work of a person in need of international protection.
