This decision was made in order to provide the necessary workforce in the field of tourism and hospitality.

Since the activity of tourism and catering is related to Adriatic counties and spa tourism and the City of Zagreb, the list of professions has been supplemented only in counties where there is a shortage of labor demand, while for other areas a labor market test is conducted.

The list is also supplemented by occupations in seasonal jobs for which the employer is not required to request a labor market test for the professions of valet, cleaner, assistant chef and assistant waiter for: Istria County, Primorje-Gorski Kotar County, Zadar County, Šibenik-Knin County, Split - Dalmatia County, Dubrovnik - Neretva County, City of Zagreb and Zagreb County.
