Asylum and Migration Overview 2025 - National Report

The purpose of the Annual Review on Migration and Asylum is to provide an overview of the most significant policies and developments in legislation and practice in the field of asylum and migration in Croatia. The review covers the following topics: legal migration, international protection, temporary protection, unaccompanied children and other vulnerable groups, integration, citizenship and statelessness, borders, Schengen and visas, return and readmission, irregular migration including smuggling and the fight against trafficking in human beings.
