In order to facilitate the process of applying for residence and work permits for seasonal workers up to 90 days, the Ministry of the Interior, the Ministry of Labor, Pensions, Family and Social Policy and the Croatian Employment Service have jointly undertaken a number of activities to apply online for residence and work permits for seasonal workers up to 90 days.

From 7 April, 2022, employers can submit applications for residence and work permits for seasonal workers for up to 90 days through the online application "Labor Exchange".

The Ministry of the Interior will take over the submitted requests into its system and have the exclusive competence to conduct the procedure and decide on these requests.
