Expanding the list of professions for which a labor market test does not have to be conducted for 2022

At the session held on 27 January 2022, the Management Board of the Croatian Employment Service adopted a decision to supplement the list of professions for which a labor market test does not have to be conducted

The Management Board of the Croatian Employment Service has decided to supplement the list of occupations for which the employer is obliged to request a labor market test with the professions of maids, cleaners, assistant chefs and assistant waiters for: Istria County, Primorje-Gorski Kotar County and Dubrovnik-Neretva County.
